MST(KOREA), hereinafter referred to as "MST," has signed an agreement 

with KOVENTURE(THAILAND), the parent company of PURITY GROUP, 

in one of the ASEAN countries, for the local production

of natural disinfectants through production technology transfer and raw material supply.

As part of the agreement, it is expected that MST will receive up to $20 million USD 

in royalties over the next 20 years.
